Louis J. Prior to founding 360 Commercial Partners, Tomaselli served as Executive Vice President for Voit Commercial Brokerage. During his 23-year tenure with Voit, he was consistently ranked among the top five producers companywide; while his team – Team TZ – was consistently recognized as the organization’s #1 Orange County brokerage team. Tomaselli has brokered a large number of record-setting transactions in Orange County, Mid-Counties, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

Tomaselli is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Board of Directors for AIR Commercial Real Estate Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). In addition, he serves on the board of the J.F. Shea Therapeutic Riding Center. Tomaselli earned his B.A. in Business Marketing & Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and currently resides in San Juan Capistrano with his wife and three children.p>
