Prior to joining 360 Commercial Partners, White was a vice president in CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office, where he played an integral role on the Warner/Friend team, successfully leasing millions of square feet of prime office space in Central Orange County and the Greater Airport Area. While there, White was recognized for his market-leading office leasing productivity, earning a top 10 ranking among CBRE’s Anaheim brokers in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and being named among the top 25 producers in Orange County for 2008 and 2009.
White is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has been recognized by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as a scholarship recipient and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He resides in Costa Mesa with his family.
