Geoffrey S. DeWolf has been delivering world-class commercial real estate representation to clients since 1993, adding tremendous value to office building sales transactions in the form of aggressive marketing, stellar client service, and the construction of detailed financial models integrated within real-world real estate strategy. He is an integral part of the team, led by Steven Economos, that is ranked #1 for office building sales in Orange County, California and #4 for all of Southern California.
As Associate Director of the 360 Commercial Partners Office Sales/Investment Advisory Group, DeWolf works closely with Economos to bring the next generation of commercial real estate representation to office building owners across Southern California – and beyond.
Prior to joining 360 Commercial Partners, DeWolf served as Senior Vice President of the Economos Group at NAI Capital’s Orange County office, where he was involved in more than 100 office sale transactions and received numerous awards for sales excellence. DeWolf also was the first commercial real estate broker in Orange County to earn a professional accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
Highly skilled in the design of complex financial models, DeWolf was selected to be a Beta tester for Argus, the commercial real estate industry software standard for property management, asset valuation, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and lease management.
DeWolf resides in Modjeska Canyon (Orange County) with his wife and two children. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with a minor in Rhetoric. DeWolf is a member of the Orange County Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and has been at the forefront of the green movement in commercial real estate.
